christinablack ‎*****  Jul 9, 2008 quick service at a fair price I think…. my septic overflowed into my basement and this all happened after hours! I thought for sure I would need to wait until the next Monday to get a reasonable rate to fix it. I called Beacon and they came right out to estimate the charge (well worth the $50 fee to come). I was pleasantly surprised by the estimate; hired them and they fixed the problem. The $50 fee for coming wasn’t charged either. I guess they only charge it if you don’t hire them.

Buffett lover *****  Jun 9, 2010 Very Good Customer Service! We had an issue with Beacon but when we called them Patrick from customer service took care of us. Lots of companies provide good service but only a few really stepup when a customer has an issue. These guys did.
